      Kelley Taylor brings over two decades of dedicated experience as a respiratory therapist, offering invaluable support to the department’s director in providing operational and administrative leadership. Her role involves overseeing the growth and development of the Respiratory Care team, from recruitment to ongoing training and mentorship.<\/p>\n

      Collaborating closely with department supervisors, Kelley plays a pivotal role in establishing and refining protocols, integrating new devices and therapies, and ensuring compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Her meticulous attention to detail extends to monitoring monthly department revenue, contributing to the financial health of our operations.<\/p>\n

      Throughout her career, Kelley’s passion for respiratory care has remained unwavering. She finds profound fulfillment in direct patient interaction, whether facilitating improved breathing or implementing life-saving interventions. Kelley embodies Shepherd’s commitment to patient-centered care with a compassionate approach rooted in treating every patient as if they were family.<\/p>\n

      Kelley’s commitment transcends her role at Shepherd Center, where she generously volunteers her time to provide diagnostic testing they need to apply and qualify for services.<\/p>\n
