If we are able to once again accept external referrals, we will post updates to this website.<\/p>\n<p>We will continue to serve our current established patients and those who have been treated at Shepherd Center in the past.<\/p>\n<h2>Admissions for the residential program<\/h2>\n<p>Shepherd Pathways is accepting external patient referrals for its Residential Program. The receptionist will assist you in the registration process and direct you to your first treatment session.<\/p>\n<p>If you or your loved one has a guardian, that person must accompany you on the first day of treatment to sign the paperwork. Guardianship papers must also be brought to verify the patient\u2019s legal guardian.<\/p>\n<h4>What to bring<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Your insurance card<\/li>\n<li>A list of your medications<\/li>\n<li>Medications you&#8217;ll need to take during therapy<\/li>\n<li>Supplies for bowel and bladder care<\/li>\n<li>A change of clothes<\/li>\n<li>Any therapy equipment you use (such as splints, walking aids, cognitive prosthetics, wheelchairs, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>A labeled lunch if your session spans lunchtime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPlease note:<\/strong> Shepherd Pathways does not supply medications or personal medical items. However, our nursing staff can supervise your medication administration during therapy.
