She is passionate about advocating for her patients\u2019 well-being and collaborating with their treatment teams to support them throughout their recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Watorek earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Hartford. She completed a predoctoral internship in clinical neuropsychology at Hamilton Health Sciences Regional Rehabilitation Centre and a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Shepherd Center. She joined Shepherd in 2019, drawn to its commitment to holistic, patient-centered care that values dignity, autonomy, and diversity.<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Dr. Watorek enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and exploring the greater Atlanta area.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vanessa Watorek is a clinical neuropsychologist at Shepherd Center.
