    Dina Nakhleh, Pharm.D., BCPS, has been with Shepherd Center since 2020 and is the Director of the Pharmacy Residency program.<\/p>\n

    About<\/h2>\n

    Dina Nakhleh is the Director of the Pharmacy Residency program at Shepherd Center. She precepts Transitions of Care, Advanced Transitions of Care, and Research.<\/p>\n

    She is a graduate of Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY1 residency at Hines VA Hospital in Hines, Illinois. After residency, she worked in the VA system as an inpatient clinical pharmacist. In 2015 she transitioned to Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park, Illinois, to start the hospital\u2019s first emergency medicine clinical pharmacy program.<\/p>\n

    She joined Shepherd Center in 2020 to help build the first pharmacy residency program. Practice interests include emergency medicine, infectious diseases, multiple sclerosis, and quality improvement.<\/p>\n
