    About<\/h2>\n

    Stephen Marsh serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Shepherd Center, overseeing the hospital’s legal affairs and compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Stephen has significant healthcare experience, both as an Associate General Counsel at Fresenius Medical Care North America in Waltham, Massachusetts and as a litigator at the Washington, D.C. firm of Arnold & Porter LLP. He also previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for four years in the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the Southern District of Georgia.<\/p>\n

    As a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Stephen was admitted to both the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers. He was a clerk for Judge Duross Fitzpatrick of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and for Judge R. Lanier Anderson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.<\/p>\n
