We recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm coverage before treatment. We offer the following payment options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Insurance coverage through an accepted plan<\/li>\n<li>Self-pay and payment plans<\/li>\n<li>Financial assistance for qualifying patients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Need a price estimate?<\/h3>\n<p>We offer a <a href=\"https:\/\/app-public-estimator-prod.azurewebsites.net\/06209e4d-5917-40e5-8460-d3db5f09b931\">Patient Cost Estimator tool<\/a>\u00a0to provide you with an estimate of the cost that you may incur for some of the more common services provided at Shepherd Center. Please note that this list is not all-encompassing, as the services provided to patients vary dramatically based on the situation and setting in which the care occurs.<\/p>\n<h2>Financial assistance and payment plans<\/h2>\n<p>We believe finances shouldn&#8217;t be a barrier to getting the care you need. We will send monthly statements and work with patients to find solutions. Patients have up to 240 days to submit financial assistance applications.
