    About<\/h2>\n

    Katy Conway joined Shepherd Center as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on June 23, 2025.<\/p>\n

    Before coming to Shepherd, Conway served as chief people officer at Resources Global Professionals (RGP), a leading provider of management consulting, professional staffing, and outsourced services. She brings a tremendous depth of experience and a strong track record of success in HR leadership, with more than two decades of expertise in aligning people strategies with business goals.<\/p>\n

    Conway has first-hand knowledge of Shepherd\u2019s work. Her brother-in-law, Greg, was a patient at Shepherd almost 40 years ago, and Shepherd was instrumental in helping him rediscover a passion for life through fishing in recreation therapy. Although Greg sustained his injury before she knew him, Conway has seen the impact rehabilitation at Shepherd has had on his life.<\/p>\n

    Conway graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology. She and her husband Sean live in Marietta, Georgia. They have three children in their twenties and an active dog named Hank, who, Conway said, is a fan favorite in their neighborhood. She and her husband love watching their kids \u201clearn to adult\u201d and thrive.
