She has been a dedicated member of Shepherd Center\u2019s team since 2010, bringing a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration in patient and family-centered care.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Day earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C., and completed her undergraduate studies at Coastal Carolina University. Her approach to neurorehabilitation is rooted in the belief that hope is essential to healing \u2014 a philosophy instilled by her grandfather, who often said, \u201cHope is the oxygen of life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She was drawn to Shepherd Center because of its mission and values, which closely align with her commitment to providing compassionate, holistic care.
