Originally from Danville, Virginia, he holds advanced degrees in social work, psychology, and education, shaping his holistic approach to rehabilitation counseling.<\/p>\n<p>Tim joined Shepherd Center in 2015, drawn to its client-centered philosophy and collaborative environment. Passionate about serving marginalized communities, he volunteers with local social service organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Tim enjoys live music, dance, theater, and playing guitar.
