Abby brings a collaborative, trauma-informed, and humanistic approach to her work, believing that understanding the past is key to how individuals cope with the present.<\/p>\n<p>Her deep connection to Shepherd Center began when she first toured the center during her graduate studies, an experience that made her realize her professional purpose was tied to this unique, integrated care environment.<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Clemson, South Carolina, Abby also volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, contributing to the growth of her field across the state.
